Supporting your child with body image and healthy weight

We all want our children to be happy and healthy and feel comfortable in their own skin. But every day, children and adults are exposed to unrealistic images that only promote a very narrow range of body shapes and weight as acceptable or aspirational. So how can we help our children feel more confident about the way they look? Should we even mention weight? Girls' and women's health

If you’re always on the go looking after your family, you can sometimes forget to look after yourself. Looking after your family’s teeth
